The Telephone Support Bolt On can be added to all of the technical
support options to enhance
your service. This Bolt On allows you to
purchase as many technical
support hours as you choose, to make sure you can
receive as much
technical support time as you need (during office hours)
over the
phone. You will be given one dedicated phone number and there
will
always be
someone there to take your call.

A large proportion of network faults are due to carrier problems, such
as line faults. Under the standard support agreement, it is the duty of
the customer to report and manage carrier faults directly with the
service provider. The Carrier Management Bolt On will
relieve the
customer of this burden and Abtec will report and manage fault calls to
the service provider.
