It is an opt-in call-pricing package designed with business in mind. Customers commit their call spend to BT. The greater the amount they commit to and the longer the commitment is made for, then the lower the call charges offered to that customer.

The package also offers a number of additional attractive features. For example, UK landline-to-landline calls that do not exceed one hour will be capped at just 10p. Landline Calls to most mobile networks that do not exceed one hour can be capped at just 25p. A number of these features are offered at no cost for the entirety of the contract, to offer a complete solution to the customer. There is no joining fee, making it completely free of charge to take on a BT Business Plan.

The customer can choose from seven different thresholds, Dependent on their total spend on eligible call spend per annum.
